Plain-English Workflow Explainer

long-term-nurture

How quiet leads receive light, useful follow-up until the timing changes.

1What it is

Long-term-nurture keeps politely in touch with people who did not book or respond, using a useful email about once a month and a light text about once a quarter. Nurture means ongoing follow-up, not pressure.

2Why it exists

Many leads are not ready today but may be ready later. Deleting them wastes the original opportunity, while frequent messages can make the business feel pushy.

3What you'll see happen

You will see occasional messages in the contact's conversation history and, over time, replies from people who had been quiet. A reply, click, booking, or request to stop ends the automated follow-up.

4What you do

Nothing until someone engages. When a person replies or books, take the live conversation from there.

Bottom line: The system stays politely present so a slow decision does not become a forgotten lead.
