1What it is
When an appointment is marked as a no-show, no-show-recovery alerts you, waits briefly, and sends a friendly rebooking text. If there is no response, it follows with an email the next day and one final text after that.
2Why it exists
A missed appointment can come from a busy day, a forgotten time, or a simple change of plans. Without a clear rebooking path, an interested person can be lost even though the original need remains.
3What you'll see happen
You will see the recovery messages in the contact's conversation history and an internal notice when the recovery begins. A reply, a new booking, or an opt-out ends the sequence.
4What you do
Usually nothing. If the person replies with a question, answer it; if they rebook, appointment-reminder handles the new appointment.
